Getting your order to you should feel as good as the pieces inside the box. Every order ships free within the United States, so there is nothing extra at checkout, and for now we deliver within the United States only, with each order packed with care before it leaves us. Here is the timing at a glance:
- Order preparation: usually 1 to 3 business days before dispatch
- In transit: typically 4 to 7 business days once shipped
- Total time: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days
- Daily cut-off: orders placed before 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Saturday, begin processing the same day; later orders join the queue the next business day
As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking arrives so you can follow it on its way. We always aim to be on time, though a delay can occasionally happen during busy periods or because of weather or logistics, and if anything comes up we will keep you posted so you are never left wondering.
