Volera Studio offers a curated selection of clothing through the Website, and these Terms describe the rights and responsibilities shared between Volera Studio and everyone who uses it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volera Studio and Beyond Zenith, together with their affiliates, employees, agents, and directors, against any third-party claim, demand, or expense, legal fees included, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of another party's rights.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part still applies as far as the law allows, and the rest stays fully in force.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities from before the termination date survive the end of this agreement. You may end it whenever you like by telling us you no longer wish to use our services. If you breach these Terms, we may end the agreement without notice, you remain responsible for any amounts owed, and we may withdraw your access.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not act on a right under these Terms, that is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Website, form the whole agreement between us and replace anything agreed earlier. Any ambiguity in reading them will not be held against us as the drafting party.

SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love every Volera Studio order. If something needs to come back, here is exactly how it works. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items should be unused, in the same condition they reached you in, and packed in their original packaging; anything showing wear, use, or damage beyond ordinary handling may not be accepted, at our discretion. We do not charge restocking fees, so you will never see one.
To start, email info@volera-studio.com with your order number and we will guide you through each step. Return shipping is covered by the customer, and a tracked service is worth it so you can follow your parcel back to us. Would you rather have a different size or piece? Let us know when you reach out and we will arrange an exchange. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method, though your bank may need a few extra days to display it.
